Tariff
A separate tariff is available for November to March, for Christmas and New Year.
Free use of amenities is available to guests. Bed linen and towels are provided.
Payment
The deposit of 1/3 of the total tariff, rounded to the nearest £10, and is payable on reservation. The balance is due on arrival. Please make cheques payable to 'Lynch'. We do not accept credit cards.
Cancellation
We appreciate that circumstances may arise causing cancellation or curtailment of a booking. Whilst we make every effort to re-let the accommodation we have the right in law to re-coup the full tariff, less any deposit paid. We strongly recommend holiday insurance which avoids embarrassment on both sides and you will be sent insurance details with your confirmation.
Additional Occupants
The price quoted in the tariff is for the apartment per week for the number of persons indicated. Where additional occupants can be accommodated a charge of £60.00 each per week will be made for occupancy.
Arrivals and Departures
Bookings are from 3:00 pm on the day of arrival until 10:00 am on the day of departure. It is requested that accommodation is left clean and tidy on vacating. Please notify if estimated time of arrival is to be after 5:00 pm.
Keys
These are available from Reception on arrival and should be handed in on departure.
Children and Babies
Please ask for high chairs and cots.
Breakages and Damage
Breakages and damage should be notified immediately to enable replacement and repair and the appropriate charge to be made.
Electricity
Electricity is included.
Animals
Sorry, no pets or animals are allowed.
Self-Catering
Freezer space available.
